LAKE ONTARIO SALMON FISHING CHARTER
Canada, and Lake Ontario in particular, is world renowned for the variety and quality of the fishing that it offers.
Paste 2010 has organized three salmon fishing tours for the attendees and guests of the seminar. The dates when the fishing charters will be offered are:
- Saturday, May 1 (SOLD OUT)
- Wednesday, May 5
- Friday, May 7
Enjoy a great day of fishing on Lake Ontario with our charter host, Fishmaster's Ultimate Charters, with Captain Steve Hardcastle who has over 21 years experience fishing Lake Ontario. Whether you want to catch Lake Trout, Brown Trout, Steelheads, Coho Salmon, or the Giant Chinook King Salmon, you will have a great day on Lake Ontario with the “Fishmaster”.
Lake Trout average over 10 lbs. and 20 lb lakers are not uncommon. Steelheads and Coho salmon range from 5 - 20 lbs. Brown trout average 8-9 lbs, and when the Chinook King Salmon stage for their run up the Niagara River, they average 25 - 40 lbs.
The six-hour charter includes return transportation from the Delta Chelsea hotel, lunch and all required fishing equipment. One-day fishing licenses can be purchased through our guide. Our transportation will meet the fishing charter participants in the lobby of the Delta Chelsea Hotel at 7:30 am upon which we travel an approximate 1.5 hour journey to St. Catharine’s from where the charter commences. Scheduled return arrival to the Delta Chelsea is at 4:30 pm. Please note that space is limited to six spaces per charter.
